FityPro is an online platform that connects clients with fitness trainers for live workout sessions via Google Meet. We are a platform — we do not directly employ trainers, but we verify and approve them before they can take sessions.
You must be at least 16 years old to use FityPro. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and honest.
Sessions run Monday to Saturday only. Sundays are off. You must book sessions at least 24 hours in advance. If you cannot attend, cancel at least 4 hours before the session to save your session credit. Not cancelling on time counts as a no-show and deducts the session from your plan.
All payments are final once a plan is purchased. Used sessions cannot be refunded. If you have unused sessions and a genuine issue, please contact us at support@fitypro.net within 7 days and we will review your case. We do not offer automatic refunds. Plan session credits expire at the end of the validity period.
FityPro is not a medical service. Our trainers are fitness coaches, not doctors. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before starting any exercise programme. You are responsible for informing your trainer of any injuries or conditions. FityPro is not responsible for any injury that occurs during sessions.
Our trainers are approved and monitored by FityPro. They are not permitted to share personal contact details with clients, meet clients outside the platform, or behave inappropriately in any way. If a trainer behaves incorrectly, please report it immediately to support@fitypro.net. We will investigate and take action.
You must treat trainers and other members with respect. Do not record sessions without permission. Do not share your session meeting links with others. Do not use the platform for any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you break these rules.
FityPro may update prices, features, or terms in the future. We will notify registered users at least 14 days before any major changes. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service.
If you have a complaint or dispute, please first contact us at support@fitypro.net. We will try to resolve it within 5 working days. This service is subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
