Refund Policy

Our refund policy in simple terms

Once you purchase a plan and sessions have begun, we do not offer refunds on sessions that have been used or on missed sessions. We understand this may feel strict, but it is necessary to ensure trainers are fairly compensated for their time.

When you can get a refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations: (1) You paid but were never able to book any session due to a technical issue on our end. (2) Your payment was charged twice by mistake. (3) A trainer consistently did not show up for confirmed sessions. In these cases, contact us within 7 days at support@fitypro.net with your payment details.

When refunds are not given

Refunds are not given if: you changed your mind after purchasing, you missed sessions without cancelling, your sessions expired because you did not use them, or you did not like a particular trainer (in this case, we can reassign you to a different trainer).

Diet plan add-on refund

The ₹199 diet plan add-on is a digital product delivered as a PDF. Once the PDF is generated and downloaded, we cannot offer a refund for this add-on.

How to contact us for a refund

Email support@fitypro.net with the subject line "Refund Request — [your name]". Include your registered email address and your Razorpay payment ID. We will respond within 3 working days.
