- →Your Razorpay payment transaction ID (we do not store your card number or UPI ID — Razorpay handles all payment security).

- →To match you with the right trainer and manage your session bookings.
- →To process your payment through Razorpay.
- →To send you session reminders and important account notifications.
- →To give your trainer your health information so they can train you safely.
- →We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not show advertisements on this platform.
Who can see your information
- →Your assigned trainer can see your name, gender, age, height, weight, medical conditions, and session notes — so they can train you properly.
- →Our admin team can see all member data to manage the platform.
- →Razorpay processes your payment. They have their own Privacy Policy.
- →We do not share your information with any third party for marketing or advertising.
Your rights
- →You can request to see all the data we hold about you by emailing support@fitypro.net.
- →You can request to delete your account and all your data at any time.
- →You can update your profile information from your dashboard at any time.
Data storage and security
- →Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers (a trusted global database provider).
- →All passwords are encrypted — we cannot see your password, only you know it.
- →All connections to our website use HTTPS encryption.
- →We use security measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
Cookies
- →We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is deleted when you log out.
- →We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
